You can view your plan and renewal date on your Billing page, found via the top three dot menu (on the right) on your Mobile Text Alerts dashboard.

Accounts auto-renew by default either month-to-month or annually, and you can view the date of your next charge as well as the history of your payments under the "Payment History" tab.

You can also view/edit what card is going to be used to process this charge.
