You can send messages to countries outside of the United States and Canada through your SMS service either by purchasing a plan for a particular country (you can view plans for particular countries here) or by purchasing international credits on any current subscription.

To purchase international credits, head to your billing page (via the dropdown on your account name in the upper right) - Click on the International Messaging" tab on this page:

 This page will allow you to purchase international credits. These credits can be used to send text messages to almost any country in the world.

You can purchase a particular dollar amount of credits for your SMS service and when you send a message internationally the system will deduct an amount from your credits based on what countries you are sending to. You can click the "View Pricing" link on this page to view what it will cost you per message for each country.

You may also elect to automatically purchase international credits if your balance gets low, to do so, toggle “On” auto-top up and select your preferred top-up amount:

(Note that when inputting international numbers outside of the US and Canada you will need to include the country code so that the system can detect it as international.)
