Your online text service allows you to view a list of people who have unsubscribed/opted out of receiving your messages. You can access this list under the Analytics tab on your platform > opt out report.

This page will show you a list of people who have unsubscribed to your text alerts by replying with words such as "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any of your messages (as well as those that you have manually unsubscribed by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button on the "Inbox" page).

Subscribers listed here will not be able to be added back in unless they text your dedicated number the words “RESUME” “START” or “SUBSCRIBE”. (RESUME is generally the best recommendation but some smaller carriers may accept the other terms).

You can use the search bar to search for a specific subscriber.

Clicking the "Export" button will allow you to download a list of the opted-out subscribers.
