Your dashboard is your home base—a quick view of everything happening in your account:

  1. Engagement: This section displays key metrics like messages delivered, user responses, link clicks, and conversions, all based on your selected date range (e.g., "Last 30 days").

  2. Message Credits: See at a glance how many messages you have sent/utilized compared to your total allowed credits for the current billing cycle.

  3. Subscribers: Tracks your audience growth by showing the number of new opt-ins and opt-outs during the selected period, along with your total overall subscriber count.

  4. Last Messages: A brief summary of your recently sent and received messages. For a complete analysis of all messages within the past 13 months, navigate to the Message Logs on the left menu.

  5. Message Delivery: Monitor your daily delivery success rate (Confirmed Delivered Traffic) and your current sending speed (SMS/min). You can use the dropdown in this card to view these metrics for specific phone numbers on your account (if applicable). For assistance in purchasing (and registering) additional sending numbers, please reach out to our support team.

  6. Navigational Panel: Located on the left side of the screen, this menu allows you to quickly navigate to all Mobile Text Alerts (MTA) features.

  7. Account Menu: Clicking your account name in the bottom left corner opens an additional menu where you can manage Users, Integrations, Settings, Billing, and Export History.

  8. Support Chat: Click the circular chat icon in the lower right corner to start a live chat or submit a ticket to our support team.

Special Note: A notice banner at the very top of the page (like the "Complete Brand Registration" alert) will automatically appear if there are any uncompleted and/or required tasks on your account.
