The navigation in your Mobile Text Alerts dashboard has gone through an overhaul!
Here's what the new navigation looks like:
The new update is less cluttered, so that you can find your way around the dashboard more easily.
This more streamlined approach makes for a smoother experience for you so you can focus less on navigating the dashboard and more on creating amazing SMS campaigns.

So how do you access the pages that seem "missing" in the new update?
Here's where you can find what you're looking for...
Message Templates
To access message templates, go to either the Send a Message page or the Inbox page and select the Templates option from the "Message" box:
Automated Replies
To access automated replies, go to the Inbox page and select the Reply Settings option:
Drip Campaigns
Drip Campaigns can now be created using the Workflow Builder. If you'd still like to access the old Drip Campaigns page, you can find it on the Growth page:
Campaigns
To access your general campaigns report, go to Message Logs and select the "Campaigns" tab:
Chatbots
To access AI SMS Chatbots, go to Growth and select the "Chatbots" tab:
Import Subscribers
To access the spreadsheet import page, go to Subscribers, select the drop-down arrow on the "Add Subscribers" button, and click "Import Spreadsheet":
Attributes
To access the Subscriber Attributes page, go to Subscribers and click the "Attributes" button:
Keywords and Sign-Up Page
To access the Keywords and Opt-In Form (formerly "Sign-Up Page") pages, go to Growth and select the "Keywords" or "Opt-In Form" tabs:
QR Code Templates
To access your QR code templates, go to the Keywords page (see above) and click the "QR Codes" button:
Contact Card
To access your contact card, go to your account settings, scroll down to the "Subscribers" section, and click "Edit your contact card":
Unhealthy Subscribers
To access your report on "unhealthy subscribers," go to Analytics and select the "Unhealthy Subscribers" tab:
Link Tracking
To access your link tracking report, go to Analytics and select the "Link Tracking" tab:
Messages Report
"Messages Report" is now "Message Logs" in the navigation bar:
Subscriber Report
To access your subscriber report, go to Analytics and select the "Subscriber Report" tab:
Opt-Out Report
To access your opt-out report, go to Analytics and select the "Opt-Out Report" tab:
Export History
To download your export history, click the 3-dot icon next to your account name and select "Export History":
Your Numbers
To access the "Your Numbers" page, go to Send a Message and select the displayed phone number:
Add More Messages
To add more messages, go to Dashboard and select "Get More Credits" in the "Message Credits Used" section:
Integrations
To access integrations, click the 3-dot icon next to your account name and select "Integrations":
Upgrade Plan, International Messages, Refer a Friend
To upgrade your plan, add international messages, and view your referral information, go to your account billing and select the appropriate tab:
